Yoga ∞ Breath with Megs
Megs has completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training.
What to bring
- Please bring your own Yoga mat
Wear comfortable clothes.
- Socks and a blanket
Refrain from eating one to two hours before the class starts.
It’s likely that you’ll perspire during class so please BYO a towel
Bring a water bottle
As part of our COVID-safe plan, we ask that for now you BYO any additional yoga props that you would like to use including bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets. We look forward to providing these for complimentary use in the studio again soon.
